Yes. Samples of standard in-stock models are provided free of charge, up to three pieces, with shipping paid by the customer. For custom configurations, samples are produced after the specifications are confirmed and typically take 3–7 days.

Standard catalog products can be ordered from one piece. Custom specifications start at 50 pieces, and products requiring a new mold start at 100 pieces. After specifications are confirmed, mass production usually takes 15–20 days depending on the order quantity. First orders are prepaid in full; for repeat orders we work on 50% deposit and 50% before shipment.

A resistance wire element delivers constant power regardless of temperature, so it normally requires a thermostat or controller to prevent overheating. A PTC element uses a ceramic material whose electrical resistance rises with temperature, so its power output drops automatically as it approaches the operating temperature. This makes PTC heaters suitable for applications with a defined working temperature and continuous or unattended operation, while resistance wire remains the choice where higher temperatures are required.
